- Q: How do I become a Curvy Chic Closet Model?
- A: We host 2 open casting calls every year. The casting calls are typically in January and May/June for our foundation fashion shows.
Q: What are the casting requirements?
A: Open Casting Call for Sizes 14 and up for female models and Size XL+ for big males are held twice a year! No height requirements. Come be part of the largest plus size event on the West Coast. We are seeking models who are interested in gaining confidence and inspiring others via modeling for us. No previous modeling experience required. Models should come with natural or light makeup. Dark form fitting pants with a form fitting top and minimum of 1 ½” heels or wedges are required. This is strictly a volunteer event. Please contact us if you have questions.
Q: What are the You Are Enough empowerment workshops about?
A: For adults and youth that are size 14/XL and up (PLUS SIZE) is a FREE DAY of self-care and body empowerment. Do you know someone who would like to attend a day workshop where they get mentored, inspired and empowered and a full photo shoot to help build their self-confidence? These workshops are held a couple of times a year.
